At Cape Fear Physical Therapy we pride ourselves on guaranteeing you 1 on 1 treatment with the same licensed therapist for at least 30 minutes during your appointment. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy specialize in manual therapy, neurological conditions and sports-related injuries. We even offer extended hours during the week to accomodate your busy schedule.

Driving Directions

From Downtown Wilmington and Brunswick County:

Take US-76 East/Dawson St to Oleander Drive. Cross College Road and Turn Left at the intersection of Pine Grove and Oleander. The Parking lot will be the first on the Left hand side.

From Wrightsville Beach:
Take US-76 West/ Military Cutoff Rd/Oleander Drive to the intersection of Pine Grove and Oleander. Turn Right and the parking lot will be the first on the Left.

From Monkey Junction/Carolina Beach:
Take College Rd towards I-40. Turn Right at the intersection of Oleander Drive. Turn Left at the intersection of Pine Grove and Oleander. The Parking lot will be the first on the Left hand side.

From UNCW/Gordon Road:
